Wella Professionals presented a large-scale annual event at the Olympic Velodrome of OAKA in Athens, bringing together the creative energy of the international hair industry with the Greek professional community. The event gathered thousands of hairdressers and industry experts, offering a dynamic platform of inspiration, education, and live artistic expression.

Designed as an immersive experience, the event combined high-impact stage design, fashion-led presentations, and cutting-edge audiovisual environments. Live shows, artistic performances, and trend demonstrations unfolded on a central stage, transforming the venue into a vibrant arena of creativity and innovation—true to Wella’s global identity of pushing boundaries in beauty and color.

The scenographic concept focused on strong visual storytelling through light, scale, and rhythm. A defining element of the project was the linear LED strip lighting system, conceived and developed as part of the art direction, creating a continuous architectural language across the space. The lighting design emphasized depth, movement, and direction, guiding the audience’s perception while enhancing the immersive atmosphere of the event.

The production integrated large-format screens, synchronized lighting sequences, and spatial choreography, supporting both the educational and performative aspects of the program. International artists and brand ambassadors presented new color techniques, trends, and creative visions, reinforcing Wella’s role as a global leader in professional haircare innovation.
