ANT1 TV
A contemporary broadcast environment designed for the Greek television show , exploring the relationship between collective television memory, pop culture nostalgia and live entertainment scenography.
The visual concept was developed as a hybrid space between television studio, installation art and archival landscape.Rather than reproducing retro aesthetics literally, the scenographic approach focused on abstraction, colour architecture and spatial memory through bold graphic surfaces, reflective materials and geometric structures.
Vertical chromatic panels create an immersive broadcast backdrop inspired by analog television signals, VHS culture and the visual language of 90s television identity systems. The glossy black reflective floor enhances depth, light diffusion and camera movement, transforming the set into a cinematic media environment rather than a conventional TV studio.
The central platform was designed as a modular performance space with sculptural architectural elements, emphasizing framing, negative space and visual rhythm. The minimal geometric intervention allows lighting, movement and colour to become the primary storytelling tools of the set.
The project combines elements of contemporary installation design, entertainment scenography and television architecture, creating a playful yet atmospheric environment that balances nostalgia with a modern editorial aesthetic.
